Step ONE
Socials: @Alemi_NFT, Discord, and website go live.
We want to organically grow our community full of passionate individuals and avoid allowlist grinding.
To grow organically, we will reach out to our networks for partnerships and appoint advocates. To avoid allowlist grinding, we will reward allowlist to those we deem most deserving, this can be either through engagement, helping with our campaign, or other examples such as: gfx, advocacy, building tools, collating information, and providing resources.
Prepare for the launch of World of Alem, a Virtual Reality experience in an Afrofuturistic art gallery where you can roam as Mwezi or Jua and interact with Alem artwork.
Let's work together to create something beautiful with real-world impact.
Step TWO
Integrate Crossmint.io, allowing non-crypto natives to buy through alternative options other than crypto, increasing the reach of collectors.
Allowlist mint 48 hours before the public mint, ensuring gas-efficient mints.
Once minted, purchase digital real estate in preparation for alem.foundation & create digital galleries to host artwork from people in underprivileged communities.
Step THREE
Start filming ‘ALEM: Dreams 2 Reality’ Docuseries. Initial focus: Kenya. Goal: create a collection of 250 unique pieces of artwork, inspired by the story of the children who have been interviewed.
Holders of Alemi will be given opportunities to purchase 1/1 artworks, with each NFT telling a story. Holders of Alemi NFTs will be given the opportunity to claim free BTS artworks.
This will then be replicated in other East African countries before expanding into the wider continent.
The goal of the D2R Docuseries is to give people an insight into life in the Global South. No BS, no cutting the cameras to fit an agenda. True art.
Step FOUR
Design and pilot Alem Academy, a tech-focused curriculum in the informal settlements of Mathare and Kibera in Nairobi.
Offer free education hubs during school holidays to children and youth with a primary focus on: Blockchain, NFTs and ArtTech.
Start the process of building an NFT & Blockchain hub within Kenya & the wider continent.
Promote Alem Academy to universities and colleges in Kenya and offer classes with local industry experts.
The aim is to bridge the technological gap.
Step FIVE
Incorporate Alem's project, PAL Foundation. The PAL Foundation focuses on creating hubs for people to use within informal settlements called 'PAL Centres' - a place to experiment, learn and teach.
Once incorporated, start building a PAL Center in the informal settlement of Mathare.
PAL Centers will allow children and young adults from underprivileged communities to engage in ArtTech, create their own digital artwork in a safe and supportive environment and receive 100% from any artwork that may be sold.
Step SIX
Outside of our desires and fantasies, our consciousness belongs to planet Earth. We plan on bridging the gap between Web3 & IRL:

Step SEVEN
Funds from the mint and the royalties will be retained to be used towards creating Alem Gives, an acceleration and growth program aimed at supporting social causes, start-ups,
Holders of any Alem NFT will have the option to vote on which causes to support, and each vote will be weighted based on token holding.
Step EIGHT
We welcome all ideas on how Alem should move forward, and what we should spend time on developing and exploring.
We love hearing from people and their experiences, analyzing trends and how the scene is evolving.
